I just noticed this today in one of the Google Adwords accounts I’m managing. In the date range drop down menu, there’s already a “Compare dates” choice.

The compare results is not that complete yet as they are only in the graphs and do not include the details, but I’m hoping this feature will get better soon! Then I wouldn’t have to pull out data and export to Excel for comparison purposes.
